Orogeny 造山 (20mins)
“Orogeny” refers to the violent movement of the Earth’s crust in a localised area, typically caused by the collision or compression of tectonic plates. This process results in the large-scale folding, fracturing, and uplift of rock, ultimately forming mountain ranges.
I use mountain imagery to pay homage to churches and temples, places where people gather and a legacy of our national culture. I hope to express my memories of growing up through the physical construction of my own place.

Wet Species (30 mins)
This work frames “wetness” as a natural environmental condition and extractsthe bodily movements it generates as material. It explores howthe bodyregulates emotion through action, further questioning the representativerelationship between emotion and movement. At the same time, the pieceemploys the functional attributes of space to articulate and reconstruct theemotional perception of this experience, making wetness a field where bodilyexperience, emotion, and matter intertwine and transform.

Turntangilism by Thomas Geissl
How can a traditional turntable setup be expanded through digital technologies to enable new forms of musical expression, while preserving its original functionality? This work explores how turntablism, sequencing, and live sampling can come together in a hybrid instrument that introduces new ways of performing, while staying true to the turntable’s analog roots.
